Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-driven process improvement specialist with a passion for optimizing business workflows, experienced in regulatory compliance to join our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and enhancing business processes and related policies/procedures to drive operational efficiency and improve user experience. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions to understand current workflows, identify pain points and implement solutions that enhance productivity and effectiveness.

About the Role

The Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Team is an exciting and growing area of cybersecurity which works to ensure that our organization maintains a strong cybersecurity posture by aligning regulatory requirements, industry standards and internal risk management frameworks with business units.

Responsibilities

  • Leading process enhancement initiatives by analyzing existing workflows and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Gathering, documenting and validating business requirements, ensuring alignment with goals.
  • Working across business units to gather and maintain comprehensive sets of program information to drive cybersecurity across the enterprise.
  • Conducting gap analysis and root cause investigations to address inefficiencies and improve performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements, automation and best practices.
  • Utilizing data analysis and performance metrics to track improvements and measure success.
  • Facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews and process mapping exercises.
  • Supporting change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Maintaining clear and concise documentation of processes, procedures and controls.
