German Language Expert Required

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced German language expert to join our team as an Executive Personal Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills, fluency in German and English, and experience in fast-paced environments.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Providing high-level business support to senior executives
  • Anticipating directors' requirements and managing diaries in line with business priorities
  • Preparing professional documents, reports, and presentations
  • Planning meetings, events, and follow-up actions
  • Acting as a key internal and external point of contact, managing queries professionally

Required skills and qualifications for this position include:

Essential Skills:
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Proven executive assistant experience, ideally 3+ years supporting senior management
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Microsoft 365 knowledge is an advantage
