Senior Project Coordinator

The role of a Project Manager is to oversee and monitor the execution of equipment installation projects. This involves being in direct contact with clients, reviewing project proposals to determine time frames, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing projects. The successful candidate will establish a work plan and staffing for each phase of the project, coordinate the activities of the project team to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within budget.
The ideal candidate will be an energizing leader who gets the best out of others and strives to exceed customer expectations. They will have a degree in engineering or a related field, preferably with postgraduate qualifications in Project Management or Contract Administration.
They will also have experience working as a Project manager/Contracts manager with a medium to large contracting organization, preferably with 5+ years of industry experience in building, civil engineering, etc. They should have a strong understanding of project management tools, such as Microsoft Project & Excel, and be familiar with orderbook management dashboard systems.
