Brand Strategy Director

We are seeking a dynamic and driven marketing leader to develop and execute a long-term brand growth strategy aligned to our corporate vision. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and driving a compelling brand strategy for our company, leading a multi-award-winning marketing team, and setting the future direction of one of Ireland's leading financial brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to collaborate with key stakeholders to embed our brand positioning into marketing, customer experience, and corporate initiatives. The Brand Strategy Director will oversee brand governance, advertising, sponsorships, and media relations to maximize brand value and business growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience managing a diverse team, a deep understanding of branding principles and best practices, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. They will be commercially focused, with a track record of driving value through a market-leading brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a long-term brand growth strategy aligned to our corporate vision.
  • Lead the development and implementation of advertising and marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, preference, and sales.
  • Manage and promote our sponsorship and CSR partnerships to bring our brand to life for customers.
  • Grow our corporate reputation through effective stakeholder narratives and media relations.
  • Ensure crisis preparedness from a brand perspective, maintaining trust and credibility in challenging situations.
