Seeking a seasoned Senior Site Manager to oversee a significant new build apartment development in Limerick.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager or Project Manager role, preferably on large-scale residential projects.

A proven track record of managing new build apartment developments is essential, along with excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction practices.

The successful candidate will be a strong leader, communicator, and organisational professional, with the ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of a multi-unit apartment development, from groundworks through to completion.

  • Prioritise project timelines, ensuring timely completion while adhering to budget constraints
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety across all aspects of the project

You will report directly to the Contracts Manager, working collaboratively to achieve project objectives.
