Job Title: Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of various fit out projects across Dublin.

The successful candidate will oversee commercial fit out projects, manage manpower on site, supervise works, and ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and Supervise Fit Out Projects: You will be required to coordinate and supervise fit out projects as needed by the business.
  • Oversee Commercial Fit Out Projects: The successful candidate will oversee commercial fit out projects, manage manpower on site, including direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
  • Supervise Works on Site: You will be responsible for supervising works on site, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Plan and Coordinate Daily Site Requirements: You will plan and coordinate daily site requirements, including labour, procurement of materials, and meeting deadlines.
  • Perform Company Compliance, H&S, and Administration Procedures: The successful candidate will perform company compliance, H&S, and administration procedures, recording performance and progress of site operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management or Relevant Trade Qualification: A degree in Construction Management or relevant trade qualification is essential for this role.
  • Minimum 5 Years Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years proven experience working in the fit-out industry in ROI or the UK is required.
  • Ideal Experience Managing Office Fit Outs: Ideal experience managing office fit outs is preferred.
  • Strong Awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations: Strong awareness of H&S and health and welfare regulations and ability to implement these regulations on site is essential.
  • Experience Managing Projects Valued Over €500K: Experience managing projects valued over €500K is ideal.
  • Ability to Effectively Manage Site Programme and Associated Schedules: Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines is required.
  • Strong IT Skills: Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Suite, including Project, are essential for this role.
