As a Real Assets Fund Controller, you will play a pivotal role in the daily financial activities of our global infrastructure fund.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with financial oversight and reporting obligations of the fund.
  • Execute key internal controls as part of the team's oversight framework in managing external fund administrators.
  • Oversee and review fund accounting deliverables from external fund administrators, including valuations, performance, management fee calculations, investor capital balances, and financial statements.
  • Liaise with third-party administrators on cash reconciliations and variance resolutions, authorization, execution, and review of fund and investor-level capital transactions.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to effectively carry out fund management and operational activities around investor onboarding/servicing, liquidity management, lender compliance, hedging activities, regulatory reporting/filings.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of relevant financial experience
  • Experience with open-end funds and/or private equity hybrid funds
  • Real asset experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels
