As a customer operations specialist, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio of instruments agreed with clients on behalf of the company.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will operate on client sites in compliance with quality, safety and deadline objectives to ensure an optimum level of equipment operation and thus customer satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities will include planning preventive and corrective maintenance, gathering customer requirements during contract renewal cycles, understanding and processing customer requests for services, and raising contract requests for ad-hoc services.
You will also be responsible for collecting documents required for on-site work, correlating them with the work to be carried out, and ensuring that service providers are familiar with the company's and client's quality, health, safety and environmental instructions and procedures.
Additionally, you will welcome external service providers to client sites in compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental rules, co-ordinate their arrival on site, and fill in supplier and client monitoring databases where applicable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as proficiency in Microsoft office packages and experience working with CMMS databases.
