Customer Service Leadership Role

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Leadership role is a key position within our organisation's customer services team. This leadership opportunity requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer service professionals in achieving strategic objectives.
  • Manage, train, and mentor agents in performing their duties while providing high-level support.
  • Represent the team at operational meetings, providing information and updates applicable to your area of responsibility.
  • Proactively handle complaints and provide solutions and options efficiently.
  • Measure performance using key metrics such as call abandonment and call waiting.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills with ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive and well-organised with multitasking ability.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory/management experience.
  • Experience within a customer service department.
