Job Summary:

A Service Advisor plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This key position ensures that our aftersales customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and handling enquiries efficiently
  • Determine workshop availability and book vehicles effectively, maximizing productivity and efficiency
  • Coordinate with the Service Department and Parts Department to ensure accurate parts ordering and timely delivery
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with customers regarding estimates, additional work requirements, and job completion
  • Address customer queries and resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate service records and adhere to manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Upon job completion, provide detailed explanations of all service and repair work, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction
  • Assume appointed duties of the Service Manager or other staff members in their absence, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in this role or within the Motor Industry is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this position
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are necessary for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and efficiency
  • The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential
  • Teamwork, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for delivering top-level customer service are highly valued
