Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-focused professional to support our growing Company Secretarial Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and managing the preparation of board agendas, compiling board packs, and distributing them to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the preparation of board agendas, board packs, and their distribution to clients and stakeholders
- Prepare template documentation and maintain registers
- Update and review statutory books and records, file and document management
- Liaise with clients and service providers
- Coordinate fund Board Meetings
- Provide support to internal fund Directors as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Law
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and company secretarial practices
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Previous experience dealing with clients/customers in a corporate environment
- Energetic and solutions-based professional with ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated individual with strong communication and organisational skills
- A team player willing to help and support colleagues
- Flexible with time
- Organised and efficient with ability to ensure documents are saved and stored correctly
