Lead a team to ensure compliance with global regulations in the banking sector.
About This RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to manage our Know Your Customer (KYC) program in Dublin. As a KYC Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our business practices align with regulatory requirements.
This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. If you have experience working within the banking industry and a passion for compliance, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Manage the KYC process, ensuring all required activities are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Liaise with internal teams, including CDD and CO units, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Serve as the local point of contact for Quality Control and Quality Assurance matters across both lines of defense.
- Implement and maintain policy-driven processes and remediation plans in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience within the banking industry, preferably in a regulatory environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
