Overview

Senior Compliance Officer – Global Investment Firm

This role is ideal for compliance professionals seeking a challenging opportunity to join a growing Dublin-based compliance function within a global investment business.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the firm's Head of Global Compliance in ensuring adherence to UK and US regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Oversight – Support on UK and/or US compliance matters, including AML/KYC processes and policy drafting.
  • Monitoring – Lead and implement the Compliance Monitoring Programme, with a focus on identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Fundraising Support – Assist with investor documentation and due diligence, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Policy Development – Draft and maintain internal compliance policies, aligned with industry best practices.
  • AML & KYC – Conduct reviews for transactions and investment processes, verifying the accuracy of client information.
  • Training – Deliver internal compliance briefings and updates, educating colleagues on regulatory requirements and changes.
  • Regulatory Coordination – Support regulatory communications and external audits, fostering strong relationships with international colleagues.
  • Team Collaboration – Engage regularly with local compliance colleagues in Dublin, promoting a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years' compliance or legal experience, preferably in financial services or asset management.
  • Experienced with UK and/or US regulatory frameworks, with a solid understanding of AML/KYC processes and policy drafting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
