Job Description

We are seeking an experienced compliance professional to support the development and implementation of our compliance framework.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in policy review, regulatory research, and monitoring to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the development of compliance policies and procedures that meet industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and experience working in a compliance role within the insurance sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in implementing the compliance framework across the business
  • Leading and delivering assigned compliance projects within scope, time, and budget
  • Performing ongoing compliance monitoring and testing activities
  • Analysing management information to identify and escalate potential regulatory risks
  • Preparing regulatory reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a compliance role within the insurance sector
  • Degree-level education; LCOI or ACOI qualification preferred
  • Experience in legal, risk, or compliance functions

Essential Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of insurance contract terms and conditions, regulatory and commercial obligations, consumer protection, data privacy, and outsourcing requirements
