Job Title: We are seeking a Senior Project Management Office Analyst to join our team.

Job Description:

Ergo is looking for an experienced Senior PMO Analyst to support the implementation of project tools and templates. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Managers and Department Heads to ensure adherence to Project Management Methodology and provide governance for all projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers in ensuring that project management standards are met
  • Refine and update project management templates to industry best practices
  • Act as the Digital First Point of Contact for Governance Reporting
  • Serve as the Digital Steering Group Secretary, providing executive support to board members
  • Be the department's point of contact for Risk, RAAIDD Management, Budget Management, etc.
  • Conduct Project Management training sessions regularly
  • Manage selected projects from initiation to closure as agreed
  • Coordinate Project Audits, Business Continuity Management, etc.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role such as PMO Coordinator, PMO Lead, or Project Manager
  • Experience with Project Management and related templates
  • Experience working in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Prince2 Certification is highly desirable
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project, MS Planner, and SharePoint
  • Ability to function interchangeably as a PMO Coordinator and Project Manager
