Preventive Maintenance Lead

We are seeking a skilled Preventive Maintenance Lead to oversee and implement effective maintenance strategies that ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving maintenance activities, as well as developing comprehensive training plans for technicians.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in engineering or maintenance roles within high-volume industries featuring significant automation. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, enabling you to effectively convey technical information and actions.

About the Role:

  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
