Project Support Specialist

This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a large-scale environment with cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support of capital projects, collaborating closely with the Asset Life Cycle Management team to ensure project activities align with asset creation and maintenance philosophies.
  • Support asset life cycle management during project execution phases.
  • Create assets and facilitate criticality assessments.
  • Evaluate project documentation and asset data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support upload of asset data to CMMS systems.
  • Develop project execution KPIs/Metrics.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Level 8 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Biochemical) is required.
  • Prior experience working in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in a maintenance or engineering role is advantageous.
  • Experience of project execution/management within GMP manufacturing environments is an advantage.
  • Maintenance management and Reliability programs experience is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Maximo or equivalent is essential.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while meeting deadlines is crucial.
  • Proven success working collaboratively in a team environment with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • A safety-first mentality is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide solutions that reflect understanding of business objectives and cost implications with focus on achieving business goals.
