As a Breakfast Chef, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

This is an excellent opportunity for a culinary professional to thrive in a morning environment and excel in working independently in a fast-paced kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook all breakfast items to order from an à la carte menu.

  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

  • Manage inventory for the breakfast section and report any shortages.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth transitions to lunch service.

  • Handle customer dietary requirements and special requests with care and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a hotel or quality restaurant setting.

  • Strong knowledge of breakfast cookery, including à la carte service.

  • Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.

  • Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.

  • Must be eligible to live and work in Ireland.

  • Must be available to work early mornings, with shift starting at 6:00 AM.
