Job Title: Home Care Assistant

This is a part-time role with the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients as required.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Support clients with social and educational activities, including travel and companionship.
  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals and family members as needed to ensure seamless care.

Requirements:

  • Certification in Community Health Services or equivalent.
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults or children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
