About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Director to lead our food and beverage operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of experienced professionals in catering and hospitality, ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety standards.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall performance of the team and the organization.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership position, preferably in the catering and hospitality industry.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of current health and safety requirements, including CIEH, COSHH, and HACCP.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for delivering outstanding results and making a positive impact.
