The Role

  • Implement and refine processes to enhance compliance, client satisfaction and team productivity.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting open communication and collaborative workspaces.
  • Develop and execute financial planning, budgeting and resource allocation strategies.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in practice management, operations or senior administrative roles within professional services.
  • Demonstrated organisational and problem-solving skills, with ability to improve workflows and processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to motivate, develop and support staff.
  • Commercial awareness, proactive approach and solutions-driven mindset.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in practice management systems and comfortable in client-facing environments.
