Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customs Clearance Specialist to handle customs clearance processes for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and submitting accurate export and import customs entries.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and submit accurate customs entries in line with regulations and procedures.
  • Coordinate customs clearance processes, ensuring timely and efficient results.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence checks and follow escalation processes where necessary.
  • Maintain data quality on supply chain visibility platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with customs regulations updates and changes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in completing customs entries in a freight forwarding environment.
  • Experience with customs software and excellent knowledge of Irish customs procedures and systems.
  • Quick and accurate data entry skills, strong organisational skills, and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
