Job Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the residential staff team to provide support and assistance to our Deaf clients in all aspects of daily living. The primary goal is to empower clients to live fulfilling lives with maximum independence and participation in activities within their home environment and/or in the community.

This role requires a strong leader who can foster positive working relationships within the team, maintain a safe and supportive living environment, and develop plans to promote client independence and activity participation.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications in the healthcare sector, such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or Social Work, and have at least 3 years of postgraduate experience in a similar setting.

Experience in people management and budget management are highly desirable.

A full driving licence is essential.
