Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing contracts.
  • C Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and ensure smooth offboarding procedures for departing employees.
  • Prepare payroll inputs, maintain attendance records, and administer benefits.
  • Provide HR-related support, handle queries, prepare documents, and participate in initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures align with Irish employment law and company values.
  • Track training records and assist in implementing learning initiatives.
  • Generate reports on HR metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, and compliance.

Requirements
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in an HR administrative role, with working knowledge of Irish Employment Law.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong moral ethos for handling confidential information.
  • Experience using an HRIS and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with aptitude for learning new technology.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented individual who takes ownership of responsibilities.
