We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our user acquisition efforts. As Head of User Acquisition, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving mobile and web user acquisition. A subscription-model expert, they will have successfully managed CAC, payback, and renewal dial in at least one freemium-to-paid product.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. They will also be hands-on operators, able to log into ad platforms weekly and launch campaigns end-to-end themselves.

Measurement is key, and the ideal candidate will be fluent in SQL, Looker, Amplitude (or similar), designing A/B tests, lift studies, and triangulating learnings. They will act on findings, making data-driven decisions to drive growth.

About the Role
  • Reporting to the VP Growth, you will manage Photoroom's paid acquisition budget across Meta, Apple Ads, Google/YouTube, TikTok, programmatic DSPs, and future offline activities.
About You
  • 7+ years of experience driving mobile and web UA with ownership of a budget of $25M or more.
  • Successful management of CAC, payback, and renewal dial in a freemium-to-paid product.
  • Fluency in SQL, Looker, Amplitude, and ability to design A/B tests and lift studies.
  • Ability to log into ad platforms weekly and launch campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
