Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our user acquisition efforts and drive business growth through innovative strategies.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in performance marketing, mobile game development, and analytics. They will be responsible for improving and expanding our complex user acquisition system, leading a team of 100+ people, and developing a long-term user acquisition strategy.

This role requires relocation or remote work from other countries. The successful candidate will have excellent English proficiency and flexibility in their work schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience with a focus on mobile game development
  • 1+ year of experience as a CMO or similar position
  • Advanced knowledge of user acquisition platforms and channels
  • Strong understanding of technical side of marketing and BI systems

The successful candidate will have the ability to inspire and motivate their team to deliver outstanding results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
