The Role: Sales Manager DACH Market - Business Development Representative (BDR)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead one of our high-performing BDR teams. Your primary responsibility will be to guide your team to exceed monthly quotas, fostering a culture of over-performance.

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and support BDRs to meet and exceed their individual attainment metrics while hitting our wider strategic goals.
  2. Mentorship: Conduct 1:1s, providing guidance and motivation to ensure the growth and development of your team members.
  3. Culture Development: Drive and develop a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration and open communication.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate radically with peers in Business Development, Sales & Sales Enablement to share best practices and ensure an optimal customer experience.
  5. Performance Analysis: Enforce weekly scorecard reviews to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to improve overall team performance.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience managing BDRs in a SaaS company.
  2. A history of over-performance in an Individual Contributor and Manager role.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with your team and stakeholders.
  4. Possession of a passion for training and development, with a focus on empowering your team to succeed.
  5. Data-savvy with a focus on trend analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  6. A comfortable working style in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  7. Proficiency in sales tools like Outreach, Salesforce, Cognism, etc.
  8. Fluency in German (verbal and written) and English.
