Count Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Count Manager to lead our teams and deliver stocktakes for our retail customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role behind the scenes, supporting major brands and delivering outstanding service to our customers.

As a Count Manager, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 45 people, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data, and achieving business goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
  • A flexible approach to working, including the ability to work shifts at various times and locations
  • Full driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders

In return, we offer:

  • The opportunity to earn up to €16.80 per hour (with further additional night shift rate for certain customer events)
  • Starting hourly rate of €14.80
  • Up to €2 per hour bonus for hitting targets
  • Additional payments for travel events
  • Up to 28 days paid holiday per year

  • Guaranteed hours contract for minimum 25 hours per week, dependent on availability
