Warehouse Operations Manager

The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage warehouse inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Oversee the implementation of warehouse policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and control warehouse expenses, including labor, equipment, and supplies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably with a similar industry background.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
