Job Title

As a System Adoption Specialist, you will champion our systems, ensuring operational teams use them consistently and effectively.

This role focuses on coaching, training, and supporting staff in their day-to-day system use, embedding best practices and reducing errors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Knowledge Management: Compose, maintain, and update user guides, process documentation, and best-practice playbooks to support staff adoption.
  • Monitor team usage, identify deviations, and suggest corrective action to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the go-to expert for frontline system questions and issues, providing timely assistance to staff.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather user feedback to inform system improvements and feed into the organizational transformation programme.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with medical billing and practice management systems.
  • Strong training, coaching, and mentoring ability to engage and influence staff at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to engage and influence staff across departments to achieve consistent application of processes.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues and optimize system performance.
