IT Process Excellence Specialist

We seek a skilled Senior IT Process Excellence Specialist to drive process improvements and contribute to the success of our technology initiatives.

About the Role

  • Develops and implements IT processes that align with strategic objectives, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Evaluates existing processes, identifies areas for improvement, and develops strategies to enhance service support and delivery.
  • Provides expert guidance on process implementation and supports team members in their roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • ITIL Service Management Foundation certification.
  • At least 6 years' experience in implementing and supporting IT processes and practices.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and enhancing service delivery.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Working experience in IT process management, business process re-engineering, IT governance, system integration, change control, IT project management, and IT service management (ITSM).
