Digital Process Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Process Excellence Specialist to lead process improvement initiatives, analyze existing workflows, and identify areas for optimization.

About the Role
  • Lead process improvement projects by analyzing existing processes and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements, automation, and best practices.
  • Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to track improvements and measure success.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping exercises.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of processes, procedures, and controls.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:
Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma).
Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio, Aris, BPMN.
Experience with data analysis tools and reporting platforms (Excel, Power BI).
Strong knowledge of digital transformation and workflow optimization.
