Job Title

A Storage Facility Supervisor is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility.

About the Role

This role involves managing the facility, ensuring customer access, and maintaining a clean and organized space. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be IT proficient, and have knowledge of CRM systems. They will also be responsible for communicating with customers, resolving issues, and conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring customer access and maintaining a clean and organized space.
  2. Communicate with customers, resolve issues, and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
  3. Monitor and manage customer interactions, including sales and customer service inquiries.
  4. Ensure that all products hired or sold to customers are clear and safe for their intended purpose.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities related to facility operations.
  6. Conduct PAT testing, fire equipment testing, and other legally compliant checks as necessary.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • IT proficiency, particularly in CRM systems such as Hubspot.
  • Knowledge of storage facilities operations and management principles.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Fully qualified and experienced in customer-facing roles.
