We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Leader to drive the expansion and success of our EU-based CBI regulated business.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strong commercial growth, increasing sales and revenue across the EU.
- They will manage relationships with key stakeholders, including the CBI, investors, clients, and sit as an Executive Director on the Board.
- The role requires ensuring all regulatory obligations are met in conjunction with the Head of Risk & Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue across the EU.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including the CBI, investors, clients, and the Board.
- Oversee the management of regulatory compliance and risk.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience of growing a business, with a strong commercial track record.
- Current or previous holder of PCF-8 designation is advantageous, or other relevant qualifications.
- Previous experience in a Fintech or fast-paced start-up/growth firm is advantageous.
- Superior communication skills and ability to bring partners on a journey.
