Product Growth Specialist

At the forefront of innovative messaging and verification services, we are seeking an accomplished Product Growth Specialist to spearhead our Wholesale team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive growth across Messaging & Identity Solutions portfolio
  • Achieve revenue expansion and market share gains in A2P SMS, RCS, Premium Rate SMS, Virtual Mobile Numbers, and Mobile Verification services

P&L Accountabilities:

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting to deliver sustained commercial performance
  • Build strategic partnerships with operators, aggregators, and enterprise partners to unlock new growth opportunities
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring each service is competitively positioned and operationally optimized
  • Market Intelligence: Leverage competitor analysis, customer insights, and industry trends to inform product enhancements and identify emerging opportunities
  • Operational Excellence: Deliver best-in-class operational service for our portfolio channel partners
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations (GDPR, ComReg)
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical, regulatory, and commercial teams to deliver cohesive, market-ready solutions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in commercial product management, partner management ideally in telecoms
  • Strong track record in revenue growth, margin optimization, and market expansion
  • Proven expertise in strategic account management
  • Solid understanding of messaging protocols, telecom infrastructure, and mobile verification technologies
  • Commercial mindset with excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action in a fast-paced, regulated environment
