Our organization seeks an ambitious European Market Expansion Leader to drive commercial growth across Ireland, the UK, and strategically into European markets. This pivotal leadership role requires a proven ability to inspire, manage, and develop diverse teams while driving business expansion.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee commercial operations across Ireland, the UK, and new European territories to achieve profitable growth, market share, and customer expansion.
  • Pursue strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence in Europe.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop high-performing teams with exceptional skills and expertise.
  • Evaluate annual performance against profitability, efficiency, and quality targets.
  • Develop and implement both short-term and long-term strategic plans for European growth, aligning with our organization's overall vision.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • A Master's degree in a related field such as plastics, polymers, science, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years' industry experience, including at least 5 years in a senior people-leadership role, preferably in a European market context.
  • A proven track record in team leadership, business development, and market expansion in a similar industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
