European Growth Leader

We are seeking a seasoned European Commercial Director to drive commercial growth across Ireland, the UK, and strategically into European markets.
This role involves leading commercial operations, driving profitable growth, and building strong relationships with high-level clients. As a senior account leader, you will mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team while achieving annual profitability, efficiency, and quality targets.
The ideal candidate will have an MBA or Master's degree in plastics, polymers, science, engineering, or a related field. They should have 10+ years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in a senior people-leadership role. Proven track records in team leadership, business development, and market expansion are essential.
A strong analytical, reporting, and commercial acumen is required. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar) and CRM platforms is preferred.
Required Skills and Qualifications- MBA or Master's degree in plastics, polymers, science, engineering, or a related field.
