Renewal Portfolio Specialist

The Renewals Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and executing renewal contracts within an assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop win-win negotiation strategies to maximize contract value while protecting customer trust.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to create a clear renewal strategy based on data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Pricing, Legal, Product, and the Renewals team to streamline resolution processes.
  • Provide regular status updates, concise summaries of complex issues, and accurate transparency for forecasted attrition.
  • Maintain/updatethe 120-day renewal forecast and ensure risk is clearly communicated.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Proven success in Renewals, Operations, Commercial, Sales, or Account Management capacity.
  • Strong analytical background with problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success working at a detailed level with cross-functional teams to build compelling cases and drive consensus.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Highly effective communication skills explaining sophisticated situations across all functions and levels.
  • Fluent in German and English.
