Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Renewals Manager to join our team in EMEA.

  • This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Enterprise client renewals, ensuring timely retention and high renewal rates.
  • The successful candidate will partner with the Enterprise Customer Success and Account Executives teams to maintain and grow our account base.
  • They will own approximately 45 renewals quarterly for Enterprise customers in EMEA.
Key Responsibilities

The Renewals Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Proactively managing a portfolio of Enterprise client renewals to ensure timely retention and high renewal rates.
  2. Partnering with the Enterprise Customer Success and Account Executives teams to maintain and grow our account base.
  3. Strategising with the Customer Success Manager and Account Executive on different renewal scenarios for each client.
  4. Leveraging the renewal event with customers to demonstrate business value, optimise multi-year subscriptions, and expand partnership with our customers.
  5. Directly negotiating all renewal terms with client procurement teams.
  6. Maintaining a 4-month rolling forecast and tracking all renewal activity in Salesforce.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Renewals, working with mid-level large, Enterprise Accounts.
  • Significant experience negotiating with customers across EMEA, with the tenacity to manage extended and sometimes challenging negotiations with different cultural groups.
  • Ability to work autonomously and with flexibility to accommodate the regions you are working across.
  • Superior time management skills; excellent attention to detail.
