Process Optimisation Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Process Optimisation Specialist.
- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to provide engineering support to processes, projects, or functions.
- As a Process Optimisation Specialist, you will be responsible for applying fundamental engineering principles throughout the course of duties.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 8 degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
Additional requirements include 0-2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, business understanding of operations and their impacts essential, detail-oriented with a passion for optimizing existing and new processes, high level of PC skills required, flexibility essential, strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders, self-starter with efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Green or Black Belt 6 Sigma qualifications would be beneficial.
- Experience in six sigma and Lean Manufacturing environments with proven improvement results would be highly regarded.
