Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to join our team as an EHS Manager.

This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's environmental health and safety program, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

In addition to their technical expertise, the EHS Manager will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees on EHS-related matters, identifying potential hazards and implementing controls to mitigate risks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective EHS policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence
  • Provide training and awareness programs for employees on EHS-related topics
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
  • Minimum 2.5 years of experience in EHS management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
