Job Opportunity: Accounting Professional

In a friendly, relaxed environment, we are seeking an experienced professional to handle the day-to-day administration of financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. They will also verify and reconcile vendor statements and invoices, prepare and send out invoices to clients, and provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and record all financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify and reconcile vendor statements and invoices on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and send out invoices to clients in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and record-keeping.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within an accounting firm or finance department.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero).
  • Good organisational and time management abilities.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
