Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Services Manager to join our team. This role will involve managing a large portfolio of clients, providing expert guidance and support, and supervising junior members of the team.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership position within our company. As a Senior Financial Services Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities and providing expert guidance and support
* Supervising and training junior members of the team to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the entire audit process
* Preparing and presenting business tenders to develop and grow client portfolios
* Working capital management, including managing work in progress and billings

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent
* Minimum 7+ years' experience in financial services
* Strong technical skills, including Irish GAAP and auditing standards, with IFRS experience an advantage
* Electronic auditing experience and ability to motivate and manage staff under tight deadlines
* Ability to make professional judgements based on findings
* Portfolio management experience and strong attention to detail
* Experience working as part of a team, supporting others and contributing to commercial growth
