Senior Financial Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Services Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The role will involve providing expert advice on corporate tax implications for clients in the financial services sector. You will be responsible for reviewing corporation tax computations and returns, interacting with specialist tax areas, and managing client relationships.

You will also have responsibility for developing and managing a team, including mentoring and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert advice on corporate tax implications for clients in the financial services sector
  2. Review corporation tax computations and returns
  3. Interact with specialist tax areas within the firm
  4. Manage client relationships
  5. Develop and manage a team, including mentoring and performance management

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized accounting qualification (e.g. AITI, ACA, ACCA)
  • Manager level experience would be advantageous
  • Experience working with financial services clients is desirable but not essential
  • Strong technical and presentational skills
  • Ability to handle a large client portfolio and effectively manage a team
