A Business Analyst plays a critical role in our projects, responsible for leading analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle. They act as a bridge between stakeholders and the IT department to ensure effective solutions achieve business goals. Key activities include:

• End-to-end project involvement, from workshops to design and delivery phases.
• Root cause analysis of problems and collaboration with stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into solution designs and specifications.
• Production of detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents.
• Stakeholder management across all levels, from c-suite to on-the-ground developers both internally and with clients.
• Benefits mapping and tracking of approved products.
• As Is and To Be process mapping.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• Significant experience in Business Analysis, with a track record in large-scale change and/or technology programmes/projects.
• Ability to produce business process maps and other functional and business-facing documentation to a very high standard.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience of managing relationships with a range of stakeholders, including senior-level individuals.
• Skilled communication bridge between IT and business stakeholders, representing business challenges and requirements clearly to technical resources and relevant points of technical designs and constraints to business resources.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall/traditional methodologies.
• Pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
