Business Solutions Expert

As a seasoned Business Solutions Expert, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the implementation lifecycle of Binocs.

This cutting-edge solution optimizes scheduling and planning for QC laboratories and Cell & Gene Therapy facilities, transforming complex workflows into streamlined, data-driven processes.

Your mission will be to deliver tailored configurations that integrate seamlessly into the client's business environment, driving measurable impact and long-term success.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze and understand business processes, preparing, leading, and following up on client workshops to uncover current set-up, value expectations, and current ways of working.
• Dive deep into operational workflows of laboratories and supply chains, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity with business-savvy Binocs configuration.

Solution Design and Configuration

• Collaborate with the Solution Team to translate business challenges into actionable Binocs solutions that align with the client's goals.
• Perform hands-on configuration, adapting Binocs to fit complex client requirements.
• Prepare and drive workshops to iteratively present and improve proposed solutions.
• Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure high-quality deployments.

Implementation Leadership

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Follow and refine Binocs' proven implementation methodology, balancing structure with flexibility to meet unique client needs.
• Engage and educate stakeholders by clearly communicating project plans, design choices, and implementation risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

User Adoption and Knowledge Transfer

• Steer implementations around 'why' (value, problem statements) Client is implementing.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to enable self-sufficient client teams.
• Start adoption process throughout implementation, to ensure handover in-use client to Customer Success Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Consulting Expertise

• Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing workshops and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to quickly grasp new concepts and apply them effectively.

SaaS Implementation Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS implementations, management consulting, or related field.
• Hands-on experience configuring and deploying business software solutions, such as ERP, supply chain, or laboratory systems.

Technical and Analytical Strengths

• Experience with data analysis; able to interpret and troubleshoot dataflows.
• Familiar with data visualization, and supporting users in interpreting dashboards.

Exceptional Communication Skills

• Skilled at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
