Job Title: Personal Lines Insurance Manager
About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of personal lines clients, providing expert insurance advice and handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines clients across motor and home insurance products.
- Provide professional, compliant, and customer-focused insurance advice.
- Handle client renewals on policies, mid-term adjustments, and new business quotations efficiently.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and insurers to deliver exceptional service.
- Work to achieve sales and retention targets in line with company objectives.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- APA or CIP qualified (or working towards completion).
- Previous experience in the Irish insurance market is essential.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
