Personal Lines Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage your own portfolio of clients, handling renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice across a range of personal lines products including motor, home, travel insurance, and more. You will be the go-to person for clients who require personalized service and support.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a client-facing role and have a strong background in broking and relay experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, handling renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments
  • Provide expert advice on a range of personal lines products, including motor, home, and travel insurance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' experience in Personal Lines Insurance
  • Strong broking background with relay experience
  • APA Personal (minimum)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A natural ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
