Job Title: Portfolio and Motor Insurance Analyst

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio and Motor Insurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Personal Motor department, you will play a crucial role in establishing and tracking key financial and operational drivers of economic value across all motor products.

You will provide insightful analysis and communicate key performance metrics to various stakeholders, including business leaders and underwriting teams. Your expertise will be critical in identifying trends, optimizing product change strategies, and maximizing the use of telematics data to drive growth and profitability.

In this role, you will work closely with our actuarial pricing team to produce rate change analysis and ensure smooth deployment of rate adjustments across all motor products. You will also be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of underwriting action plans and communicating results to the underwriting team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, financial, research, and problem-solving skills. Previous experience working with business intelligence tools is desirable but not essential. You should have excellent communication (oral and written) and influencing skills, as well as the ability to work independently and challenge status quo.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
