Insurance Portfolio Manager

This role involves managing a portfolio of clients with personal lines insurance needs.
A successful candidate will have relevant experience and excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.

- Manage client portfolios and ensure timely renewals and mid-term alterations.
- Assist with client and carrier queries, and administrative duties.
- Vet insurance documentation against defined requirements.
- Support colleagues across personal lines products.
- Review policy wording and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant experience in broking, preferably 3+ years.
- CIP or ACII qualification, and ongoing CPD hours.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Team player with initiative and a customer-focused approach.
